10-Day Resistance Stretching Intensive Challenge
The 10-day Resistance Stretching Intensive Challenge is wonderful on many different levels. People see a dramatic change on physical, physiological, and psychological levels. The 10 days will consist of Resistance Stretching, Resistance Stretching Massage, and/or Resistance Stretching Flush. You will also learn individual Resistance Stretches to make part of your routine. You'll feel like a new person.
Suggestions while doing the Resistance Stretching Intensive Challenge include
* Cleanse (Juice, the Master Cleanse, or other cleanses)
* Daily meditation
* Keeping a daily journal
What to wear: For the Resistance Stretching session, wear workout clothing. For the Resistance Stretching Massage session, you can wear workout clothing, underwear or nude and be covered by a towel.
Duration: Sessions are either 60, 90, 120 or 180 minutes.
Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00am-10:00 pm, Saturday-Sunday 9:00am-6:00pm

1 x 60-minute session per day for 10 consecutive days.
1 x 90-minute session per day for 10 consecutive days.
1 x 120-minute session per day for 10 consecutive days.
1 x 180-minute session per day for 10 consecutive days.
