Resistance Stretching Class
Minimum of 4 people & maximum of 15 people per class
In this class, you will learn upper and lower body Resistance Stretching stretches. By using your
own resistance, you will feel your muscles being strengthened and stretched. This class is great
for improving your flexibility, strength, and posture. It is great for reducing back pain, and tightness
through your shoulders and neck. The class welcomes beginners.
Special instructions : Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, and a yoga strap/rope/belt. Dress appropriately for weather. Additionally, bring water and a healthy snack for after class.

Your Own Resistance Stretching Class
We are happy to lead and tailor a Resistance Stretching class for you and your friends. There is a miniumum of 4 and maximum of 15 people for class.
Additional InformationTraveling, Out of State Appointment & Workshops: The same rates apply, plus all travel expenses and meal stipend.
Referral Policy: We are very grateful & appreciative when patrons refer individuals to Training With Bjørn. For each client that you refer to us, you will get a FREE session equal to what they paid for. (Offer not valid on workshops or out of town visits.)
